Welcome to Celestial Threads. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, content, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
ACCESS & CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
PRODUCTS
We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. However, actual colors, print placement, garment appearance, and product characteristics may vary due to monitor settings, manufacturing processes, lighting conditions, photography, and normal production variations.
All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
ORDERS
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Celestial Threads reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has entered our fulfillment process.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting an order.
Your purchases are subject solely to our Refund & Return Policy.
MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT
All Celestial Threads products are produced on demand.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded except as expressly provided in the Refund & Return Policy.
PRICING & BILLING
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, tariffs, VAT, or other government-imposed charges.
You agree to provide accurate payment, billing, and account information and authorize Celestial Threads to charge the payment method provided for all purchases and applicable fees.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Celestial Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, labor disruptions, governmental actions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Celestial Threads content, branding, logos, trademarks, product names, collection names, designs, artwork, graphics, photography, written content, marketing materials, website content, product concepts, Zodiac Collection concepts, Affinity Collection concepts, and other creative assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The organization, presentation, naming, thematic structure, visual identity, and creative concepts associated with Celestial Threads are protected to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, republished, exploited, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Celestial Threads.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, recovery of profits, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, testimonials, photographs, social media content, or other content to Celestial Threads, you grant Celestial Threads a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share such content in connection with the operation, marketing, promotion, and improvement of the business.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess the necessary rights to any content you submit and that your submission does not violate the rights of any third party.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Celestial Threads reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, restrict access, limit quantities, or discontinue services at its sole discretion, with or without notice and without liability.
RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Celestial Threads is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, all purchases and transactions made through the Services are solely between you and Celestial Threads.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale, order, product, refund, delivery, or customer service matter arising from transactions between you and Celestial Threads.
PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services.
Celestial Threads is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or operation of any third-party websites or services.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact Celestial Threads before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Celestial Threads reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, customer communications, policy acknowledgements, and other supporting documentation in response to any payment dispute.
FORCE MAJEURE
Celestial Threads shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Celestial Threads may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Celestial Threads reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
